Total Boxer is a truly unique venue based in Crouch End; it has 2750 sqft over two floors, including a boxing gym (1250 sqft) and studio floor (1500 sqft). Opened in 2017, their facilitise include free parking, a custom-made boxing ring, bags section, floor space, gym equipment and a dedicated BoxingYoga studio.
LDA Studios boasts three blank canvas studio spaces, which are practical and modern yet characterful in finish thanks to the exposed brickwork. Though they benefit from good natural light, there is also controllable and multi-coloured LED lighting so you can create just the right ambience. There’s lots of onsite equipment as well as changing rooms and toilet facilities. As for getting there, Old Street or Barbican stations would be your best bet, as both can be reached in less than ten minutes.

G11 is a spacious, airy, open-plan exhibition space found within a hub of studios on the Courtyard of Oxo Tower Wharf. This contemporary venue has a simple, white-walled finish, meaning it is in essence a blank canvas, allowing you the chance to get creative and transform the space to suit your own needs. Full-length windows ensure there is plenty of natural light and the capacity allows for up to 90 people in all. Blackfriars is the nearest transport link, being within comfortable walking distance.
Black Swan Studios is a warehouse style venue with a distinct industrial flavour that puts it very much on trend right now, not to mention helping to add to its versatility. Found in the fashionable Bermondsey Street area, known for being a Bohemian pocket of the city, the building sits close to the likes of London Bridge, Tower Hill, and Borough stations for easy access from both inside London and further afield. As a handy extra, AV equipment is available upon request should you require it.
Park Village Studio is housed within a historic building, meaning it’s full of charming nods to London’s rich heritage. Incredibly adaptable in its use, it has hosted everything from fashion shows to dinner parties; press events to birthday parties, and conferences to awards ceremonies, so they really can turn their hand to pretty much anything. The maximum capacity is a very healthy 200, meaning you should have ample space to get everyone involved in the rehearsal, with Mornington Crescent and Camden Town the nearest tube stops.
