We are keen to make clear the company’s position and commercial policy in respect of the rate of commission we receive for each hire we administrate for you or when we introduce you to a client who goes on to hire your venue.
We offer two types of commission policies:
Silver Service
Working to a full, hands on administrative basis, we oversee the delivery of any hire from the initial phone call
or email through into the hire period and then during final reinstatement of your venue back to its original
state/condition. We are the first point of contact for both the hirer and the owner during the preparation period,
drawing up all paperwork, processing payment and ensuring adequate insurance is in place to protect you against any
eventuality. During the hire period, if you provide an on-site presence we find that taking a step back is the best
policy which creates a direct line of communication between the hirer and owner. We will then step back up to the
plate to manage the full reinstatement of your property and follow up on any aftercare that may be required. We
receive full payment from the hirer on behalf of the owner and in turn transfer all agreed fees over to the owner.
For this level of administration we have a commission rate of 20%.
Finders Fee
Working with established and functioning venues, we operate a less hands-on approach. With venues that administrate
their own contract and process payment directly, we work on a finder’s fee basis, to a lower commission rate.
Generally this is a rate of 12.5% of the venue hire fee, although this can vary from venue to venue. Total fees
are paid by the hirer to the venue directly with us then invoicing the venue directly after the event and upon
receipt of the final invoice.
