We work on a commission basis with all of the venues in our library and are always completely open and transparent about our fee structure. Whilst the commission values may vary slightly from venue to venue (more info here) the principles are the same, and we will always try to work within your budget and try to ensure that both venue and production are satisfied.
Payment Terms
All fees and bond must be received as cleared funds, prior to your hire period.
Library Fee
We work for free up until the time of confirmation; browsing our website, selecting options, organising and
attending site visits, negotiating fees and hire terms are completely free of charge. When you choose to confirm a
hire we have a one off library fee of £300+VAT.
Venue Hire Fee
We charge a commission on all hires. Whether we administrate the hire or introduce it to the venue, we incorporate
our commission into the total hire fee, which is payable by the Hirer.
Catering Commission
When a venue has an in-house catering team and they provide the catering for your event, we incorporate a catering
commission into the total catering fee. All fees quoted to you will be inclusive of our commission and we will keep
a clear distinction between venue hire and catering hire fee.
Bond
We hold a 50% bond throughout the duration of your hire period. This is to secure any damage that may be caused
or any over-run that may incur. This is refundable (minus any charges) once the hire is signed off and any
damages have been rectified.
Insurance
We require Public Liability Insurance to be in place for each and every hire, the indemnification limit
varies from £5 - 25 million depending on the venue and the proposed logistical elements of an event.
