Private party venues in the West End

The reputation for sophistication and exclusivity present within the West End makes it an ideal location in which to hold a party that aims to impress. Here are some of our favourite venues to help on your way to do just that.

Cinnamon Club

Cinnamon Club is housed within the historic, Grade II listed building that was once Westminster Library. Walls lined with books and other characterful touches hark back to this unique past, bringing an instant charm to the space. Alongside the main event space, additional areas which you can utilise include 2 bars complete in contrasting styles, and two private rooms ideal for dinner parties. Found in the St James’s Park area, the tube station of the same name can be reached in just over 5 minutes.

Little Tape

Little Tape is a members’ lounge styled like a good old fashioned speakeasy, meaning it has a richly atmospheric edge to it, with brilliant staff, production crew and designers helping to maximise the convenience and immersion of the experience. The distinctly British flavour in the décor draws on the country’s musical pedigree, with rare artwork and memorabilia adorning the walls, making for a venue unlike any other you are likely to find. Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations are the nearest rail links, both reachable in 5 minutes or less.

Hakkasan Mayfair

hakkasan mayfair

Hakkasan Mayfair was the second restaurant in the Hakkasan family to open in London, following on from the success of its predecessor as a leader in modern Cantonese cuisine and top quality service. Less than a year after it opened in 2010, they were awarded a Michelin star for their excellence, in fact; an incredibly prestigious honour which they have maintained ever since, making this the ideal choice should you wish the food to be front and centre.

The Flamingo Room

The Flamingo Room is a hugely versatile offering, able to turn its hand to pretty much any kind of event that you can imagine, from product launches to sports screenings, and from live music to charity galas, and anything else in between. Touches like exposed brickwork bring character to the space, which can accommodate up to as many as 400 guests in all. Found in the ever-popular Soho, Charing Cross, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus are all easily reachable on foot.

The Box Soho

Decadent and sumptuous are words that spring to mind when you think of The Box Soho. Set in a turn-of-the-century playhouse and styled like an Old-World theatre, this fun-filled, playful nightclub puts on world class variety shows that are guaranteed to get everyone in the party spirit. Their full stage production facilities ensure that all of this entertainment is handled in-house by the talented creative team, who aim to make things as straight forward and hassle free as possible.
