Stylish yet simple, it’s the perfect space to relax and unwind for a successful session, whilst the 110-person capacity and close proximity to transport links such as Cambridge Heath and Bethnal Green mean it’s also a highly practical choice.

The 2440 square feet of dance studio space at Flow Dance London comes complete with a mirrored wall, wooden flooring, a professional sound system, air conditioning to ensure participants are comfortable during sessions, and dimmable lighting to help set the right, peaceful tone. Bright, airy and open in feel, it can accommodate up to a generous 350 people in all, whilst the building itself is centrally located, within easy reach of Oval tube station.

With pristine white walls, wooden floorboards and a ceiling height of 3.4 metres, Assembly Point is a very flexible offering, having been used for events are varied as workshops, screenings and press events to pop-ups, photo shoots and wedding receptions, to name but a few. It is the very nature of its simple finish that allows it to turn its hand to such a diverse range of occasions and which would make it so well suited to a yoga session, with a calm and fuss-free quality.

Another bright, dynamic and adaptable space, Cloud and Horse Studio can be found in North London on the Victoria Line, between Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters tube stations. This will no doubt come in handy for attendees, of whom there is ample space to accommodate up to 200 per event. Parties to corporate conferences; they’ve done it all, so organising a yoga session should pose no problems, the white-wall finish minimising possible distraction.

At Bones and Pearl, you could really make a day of it, with several different spaces and facilities on offer, including a parlour with a kitchen ideal for sorting out catering; a gallery complete with a bar which has hosted the likes of art exhibitions, weddings and lectures; and even a garden area with seating, a cocktail Tiki bar and a barbeque. The main gallery space itself has pillars, beams and other small touches that help it to stand out as unique on the gallery scene, yet it’s still simple enough so as not to overstimulate, thus making it well suited to holding yoga classes.
