Say hello to the newest outdoor event spaces in Central London
Reading Time: 2 minutes

2019 is going to be a big year for everyone, we reckon – and The National Gallery is no exception. Why are we saying that? Because they’re unveiling two new outdoor  event spaces that everyone will absolutely love.

Say hello to The National Gallery Garden and Jubilee Walk. Officially launched last month, these two new event spaces bring the number of event locations within the gorgeous Gallery to a grand total of twenty-two. All as inspirational and as versatile as each other.

London’s newest outdoor event spaces

Whether you’re looking for somewhere to host a summer party or perhaps an outdoor reception area, The National Gallery’s new spaces are ideal for an event in Central London and available to hire from January 2019.

Kate Rolfe, the Head of Events at The National Gallery Company said: “The National Gallery is excited by the creative opportunities that our new outdoor spaces provide. We look forward to taking the Gallery’s inspiration outside to bring both private and public events to life in these new and previously unexplored surroundings. This is a completely fresh offer from the Gallery and we look forward to seeing the ways they can be transformed for creative events moving forward”.

The National Gallery Garden

Right next to the hustle and bustle of Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery Garden offers its guests a peaceful escape to the well-known tourist spot. Surrounded by fragrant jasmine bushes, this hidden courtyard is the perfect contrast to impress your guests. It’s ideal for private drinks receptions, intimate alfresco dining, or a pop-up event for up to 60 people.

Jubilee Walk

You’ll find the new Jubilee Walk in between the two sides of the Gallery. It’s another one that’s guaranteed to impress. With an architectural backdrop like no other, this events space is surrounded by limestone and glass features bringing a modern and urban feel to your event. But that doesn’t mean it’s not a versatile spot; it’s ideal for creating a bespoke setting for any type of event.
