This space is centrally located, opening directly onto Ely’s Yard Decking, offering high visibility. It’s ideal for food and drink pop-ups, meetings, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations. With the main space situated at the front of the building with two toilets, there is also a mezzanine level great for storage or a BOH office space.

This venue operates on a 4-day minimum hire, prices are bespoke per event.
