This two-level loft in Clerkenwell gives you that classic New York industrial feel—exposed brick, massive crittal windows, and tons of natural light. It’s about 1,368 sqft (127 sqm) of flexible space that works well for shoots, pop-ups, or offsite team sessions.

There’s a full kitchen, open-plan work area, and two bathrooms. You’ll also get lift access and skyline views from both ends of the loft. The location’s a win too—right near Clerkenwell Road and a short walk to spots like Leather Lane Market and Exmouth. Great for anything from creative workshops to product launches.
