The building offers more than 20,000 square metres of space, comfortably accommodating gatherings of every size. Cutting-edge, modular AV infrastructure comes with an in-house team of sound engineers, video experts and lighting designers, so each occasion receives a bespoke technical set-up.

Catering is overseen by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the resident culinary team, who create one-of-a-kind menus for every booking. By sourcing seasonal ingredients from nearby producers and running a zero-waste kitchen, Rhubarb keeps its carbon footprint low while supporting local communities - yet still appeals to every palate.
