Discover Our Exclusive Collection of Christmas Venues

Reading Time: 7 minutes

From grand historic hotels to neon-drenched party pads (I’m not even kidding, we have this!), London is stuffed to the brim with venues. But which ones stand out from the crowd? That’s where we come in!

Below are our top festive picks for 2025, guaranteed to sleigh

The Marble Arch Hotel by Thistle

Oxford Street sparkle meets timeless London charm

If fairy-lit strolls down Oxford Street and late-night jaunts to Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland sound like your idea of Christmas perfection, The Marble Arch Hotel by Thistle is the dream. (Another dream? Unlimited tea. But let’s stay focused).

It isn’t just about location, though. The Marble Arch Hotel by Thistle is also kitted out with several different spaces, from intimate rooms for private dinners to a ballroom big enough for 500 merry guests. Here, the team has the tech, the service, and the space to make it all run smooth af.

Oh, and if the night goes on for a little longer than planned? There are 692 bedrooms on-site, complete with complimentary minibars and coffee machines. I kid you not, this place has everything.

Rich Mix

A creative hub with a festive twist

Vibrant, diverse and brimming with character, Rich Mix is the go-to Shoreditch spot for festive celebrations with a creative edge. One of East London’s busiest arts venues, home to a three-screen cinema, theatre, live music venue and creative hub. It’s perfect for everything from film-style screenings to drinks receptions with live performances. Their catering partners offer a range of options, including vegan, halal and gluten-free.

With flexible spaces that can be tailored to your event, their dedicated team will help bring your vision to life. The venue is fully accessible, with step-free access, wheelchair bays in their cinemas and accessible toilets.

The best bit? Profits from your hire go back into Rich Mix’s charity work in the community.

Sadler’s Wells East

Christmas, but make it extra

Because why settle for ordinary when you can go full showstopper?

This year, Sadler’s Wells East is serving a fashionista Christmas, with a stylish black & white décor, signature festive cocktails, and menus with a little extra oomph. Think less traditional carols, more ‘last one on the dance floor wins Christmas.’

The Martha Graham Studio is stunning, with a stage perfect for performances and a terrace offering sweeping views across Stratford’s skyline; it’s the kind of space that makes you want to break into a full dance routine. Guests can enjoy canapé and bowl food receptions, festive food stations, or elegant seated meals, with the option to add a dance floor, DJ, photo booth, and drinks upgrades.

Glamorous, lively, and energetic, it’s a Christmas party with serious style.

London Transport Museum

A festive journey through London’s history

Now here’s one for the memory-makers, London Transport Museum. Imagine sipping cocktails among vintage red buses, trams, and early Tube carriages while fairy lights twinkle overhead. Nothing screams London quite like clinking glasses beside a Routemaster, after all.

Not just that, but for 2025, the Museum has partnered with The Ripe Avocado to deliver inclusive and high-quality catering, with packages set to feature a delicious range of options to suit all tastes.

And my own personal favourite part? Everyone gets whisked through their enchanting Winter Woodland Santa’s Grotto. Because why should kids have all the fun?

The Clermont Charing Cross

A Christmas celebration, wrapped up beautifully.

Just steps from Charing Cross Station, The Clermont offers a setting that feels made for the season. Victorian charm welcomes you in. Inside, chandeliers glow, the mood is festive, and the details feel just right.

Whether you’re planning a lively gathering or something more intimate, our spaces adapt with ease. The grand Ballroom brings a sense of occasion, high ceilings, plenty of room to move, and enough space for everyone. Prefer a quieter atmosphere? Our private dining rooms are designed for connection, where conversation flows as easily as the wine.

Menus are crafted with care by chefs who understand the importance of balance, from classic roasts to refined canapés. And of course, the bar is always ready for that celebratory toast.

Add in a dedicated events team, plenty of rooms for overnight stays, and you’ve got everything you need for a Christmas gathering done properly and effortlessly.

The Conduit

Festive flair in the heart of Covent Garden

Tucked into one of London’s most iconic districts, The Conduit offers a sophisticated yet welcoming setting for festive celebrations. Here, you can sip champagne while Covent Garden sparkles outside, and if a single snowflake dares to fall? Congratulations, you’ve just walked into a Netflix Christmas romcom (speaking of, Kristen Stewart if you’re reading this, I beg for another one).

Smack dab in the centre of the magic, the Conduit offers adaptable spaces that can flip from cosy gathering to full-blown Christmas blowout faster than you can say ‘I need more pigs in blankets inside of my body.’ Or whatever else people say on this big day.

Expect drool-worthy menus, and, if you’re ready to believe that miracles that really do happen, stress-free planning support.

Seven Dials Market

Comfort, joy, and bao buns for days

Seven Dials Market is easily one of the best places for foodies to spend Christmas—forget stuffy turkey dinners and instead indulge in a literal London food playground, serving up holiday cheer one mouth-watering platter at a time. Comfort & joy? Tick. Festive feasting? Double tick.

Inside the historic Thomas Neal’s Warehouse, you’ll find 19 independent food traders offering everything from street food favourites to doughnuts so delicious they could bring a grown adult to tears.

They also have the Market Bookshop, perfect for huddling up with up to 40 of your nearest and dearest beneath twinkly garlands, and Bar Nana (which you can hire for up to 100 guests), semi-private but still smack dab in the middle of the festive chaos.

Huckster

Santa’s Grotto, but make it neon

Two words: neon grotto. (Okay fine, technically four if you add in ‘absolutely iconic.’)

This Paddington hotspot transforms into a glittering wonderland inspired by Central Park in the snow. With interiors modelled on 1985 Manhattan, Huckster is equal parts retro and ridiculous fun.

The food? Over 25 delicious festive dishes. The entertainment? DJs, shuffleboard and photo booths.

Bottom line: Huckster is the place to go for a night that is loud, fun, and absolutely unforgettable.

KERB Social Club

The holy trinity of darts, karaoke, and pints

If Santa were a gamer who loved a pint and had questionable karaoke skills (although who am I to say that he doesn’t?), he’d book his Christmas do here. Probably.

Half American sports bar, half British pub (the best of both cultures, perhaps), KERB Social Club offers five unique spaces designed to bring people together this festive season.

Want karaoke, pool, and interactive darts? The Touchline and The Pit Stop have you covered. For smaller, stylish team hangs, there’s the Trophy Room. And if you just want to pile in with 30 buddies and binge-watch the Christmas Day match while shouting at the ref, The Grandstand is calling your name.

Add in self-pour beer taps (because why would you celebrate without?), 100-inch TV screens for the footy or festive films, and endless Nintendo Switch tournaments, and you’re all set to have the most memorable Christmas party yet.
