The Space

Here at RPS we offer a variety of events, such as team away days, product launches, exhibitions, networking events, conferences and more. Our blank canvas venue offers the event organisers to transform the space into something that is unique to their event. 

The Events Space:

Hire fee: £1,950 + VAT up to 150ppl standing/ 130ppl theatre layout/ 110ppl banquet or Cabaret/ 35ppl board room

RPS Suite:

Hire fee: £1,200 + VAT up to 100ppl standing/ 90ppl theatre/ 80ppl cabaret/ 25ppl board room

Lambeth and Bloomsbury room (hired seperately):

Hire fee: £850 + VAT up to 50ppl standing/ 45ppl theatre/ 40ppl cabaret/ 20ppl board room

All of the rooms above include the following: 

Accessfrom 8.30am to 5.30pm. A dedicated event manager from the planning to the execution on the day. Comprehensive AV. The Events Space has a large plasma screen, 2x relay screens, built in speakers, handheld, lapel and table-top microphones, high speed Wi-Fi, Hybrid meeting compatible. The RPS Suite has a large plasma screen and 2 relay screens. 

Bloomsbury and Lambeth rooms are great for breakout rooms or for larger events to be used as a dedicated catering area
