A unique spacious venue, industrial in style and set over two floors. Hidden away in a vast Victorian railway arch opposite Blackfriars Bridge and just minutes away from the Tate Modern.

A vibrant multi-functional venue to hire within walking distance to Waterloo, Blackfriars, Southwark & London Bridge stations, on it's own private drive with a fake grassed outside space too.       

Original exposed brickwork, a bar on each floor and up-cycled furniture, along with pops of colour throughout and unapologetic artwork, are guaranteed to get your guests talking.

Exclusive venue hire is available for up to 300 guests standing which includes our outside space on it's own private drive away from the road.
