The Green Room is an elegant, recently refurbished 200 year old warehouse-style space. Our venue is perfect for smaller, intimate gatherings of up to 50 people seated and 70 to 80 standing. We're located in the heart of Hackney, within a two minute walk from London Fields park and five minutes from Broadway Market.
We're surrounded by excellent transport links with London Fields station less than 100m from our front door, with trains traveling onwards to Liverpool Street in 7 minutes. Hackney Central is also a short walk away, as well as access to various bus routes and on-street parking.
Catering to you
We can cater to a variety of different requirements including sit-down dinners, decadent grazing tables, canapés and hearty lunches. All of our food is, of course, cooked fresh in-house and the ingredients that we focus on shift with the seasons. We will work with you to ensure that we understand exactly what you want your event to deliver, from the food menu that you dream of enjoying with your guests to the wines that are perfectly paired to the dishes you choose, we'll be in contact with you throughout the planning process to make certain your event is truly special and distinctively yours.
Our fully stocked bar offers a range of cocktails and an extensive wine list and is staffed by a fantastic team who'll be on site throughout your event to keep things running smoothly.
Your event in its entirety is covered by a minimum spend of £4500 Thursday to Sunday, or £3500 Monday to Wednesday (prices inclusive of VAT & service charge). As well as the aforementioned catering, bar and staff the minimum spend also covers the exclusive use of our Green Room, security, cleaning, cutlery, glassware and tableware.
The space also has a full AV system consisting of a projector, large screen and a great sound system. For those looking to party we have our all-important disco ball, gel lights and lasers.
Things to note:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
For evening events music must be turned off at 10.30pm, and guests must leave the venue by 11pm. If you would like additional hours then we can extend your booking for £250 per extra hour.
The cost of food within the minimum spend will need to be paid 3 weeks before your event, whilst the remainder can be made up on the bar.
