The Space

is conveniently located just a stone’s throw away from London Bridge Underground and Mainline Station, nestled between The Shard and Borough Market. 

Housed inside St Thomas Church, the venue is steeped in history and brimming with unique features and outstanding AV. 

Suitable for conferences, corporate events, away days/ fun days, product launches, exhibitions, Charity events, PR events, press conferences, unusual weddings, Christmas and Halloween parties, live music, showcases, sit down lunches/ dinners, filming, photoshoots, performances, and private Mezzanine hires. 

The venue offers a spacious downstairs area complete with a main bar, 3D mapping projections, and a large stage. Downstairs seats up to 100 guests theatre style with additional seating on the mezzanine balcony. Max seated capacity: 120. Max capacity standing: 300

The Mezzanine has a private bar, outstanding views of the stage. Max seated 60. Max standing 100. 

There is extensive AV, decks and lighting; a sound engineer is included within the hire fee. 

The back wall can be branded with a company logo. For a full effect, we offer mapping details for design of videos that can project against the back wall around the altar. There is a photo booth that may be hired.

There are 3 large screens located on the Mezzanine, and we have access to a large screen and projector for the main stage (POA)

There is a cloakroom as you enter the venue. We offer disabled access and ground level disabled toilets alongside ground floor urinals with basement cubicles.

We offer a variety of live entertainment, bands, and DJs if required. POA.

Substantial canapés, bowl food and sit down menus are available. 

Breakfast, tea and coffee stations can be arranged.

The 2 well stocked bars offer a variety of beers, wines and spirits.

With prior arrangement/ agreement, the venue can be decorated and branded.
