The Space

Spacious and bright gallery space located in a larger creative venue, featuring a unique high atrium ceiling, breakout areas and plenty of wall space.

Gallery Two is available to hire at £800 per day. We offer nearly 2/3 discounted rates on weekly bookings, at £2000 per week.

Managed by arts charity Artists' Studio Company (ASC), the space is ideal for creative events and exhibitions, and includes exhibition modular partitioning and furniture to suit your needs.

The Handbag Factory can accommodate events including:

Individual and group exhibitions Degree, interim and MA student shows Art fairs and prizes Charity auctions Book launches Conferences and corporate events Private collections Brand activations, product and brand showcases Fashion shows Travelling exhibitions

At 800 sq ft, this space can hold up to 300 people in and around the room, including adjacent breakout area and private garden.

Fully equipped with high-speed internet, the venue has high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The space can include exhibition modular partitioning and furniture to suit your needs.

Looking for a larger space? You can book our two event spaces simultaneously, with a total capacity of up to 800 people.

All bookings can include a visit to the venue and consultation with our gallery curator and technician to understand your needs for the event.
