This space is looked after by Woolly Mammoth London, the only company in the city that specialises in hosting professional events in one-of-a-kind private homes. We believe there's no better way to create a unique, intimate atmosphere for creative businesses and bold ideas.

But we don’t just rent out homes, we take care of the whole event. From planning and setup to food, drinks, equipment, and anything else you might need, we make sure everything runs smoothly and feels special.

This newly refurbished 1,400 sq ft space (approx. 130 sqm) is set on the second floor of a striking historic building in the heart of Clerkenwell, Zone 1. With a clean, modern finish and carefully selected furnishings, it’s a versatile venue for both professional and creative events.

The open-plan layout includes a welcoming reception area, a sleek dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. High ceilings and large windows bring in loads of natural light, while original warehouse features—like hardwood floors and a winter garden—add character and vibe.

Whether you're hosting a meeting, workshop, team day, or networking event, the space is designed to feel polished but relaxed. It’s also a great fit for shoots, content creation, or creative sessions—plenty of room to move around, great lighting, and an easy flow.
