We have 3 versatile spaces located on our ground floor which can be used for catering, networking, private dining and exhibitions.

1. Max Rayne Atrium

The Max Rayne Atrium is a stunning vaulted glass roofed space offering plenty of natural day light, making it ideal for receptions, exhibitions, products launches, conference dining, networking drinks or other corporate events. This spacious event space can hold up to 200 delegates and can be set up in many different ways to accommodate your vision. Being on the ground floor, the Max Rayne Atrium is also fully accessible to wheelchair users.

2. Cavendish Room

The Cavendish Room is an elegant, multi-purpose event space perfect for conference dining or exhibitions. It is located on the ground floor close to the auditoriums, making it fully accessible to wheelchair users. The Cavendish Room can host up to 200 people in a range of styles and formations, making it perfect for corporate dinners, buffets, and banquets. It is also used as a separate catering area if you're having a conference in one of the lecture theaters. This room has beautifully slanted windows lined along the back wall to allow natural daylight to floor the space.

3. Max Rayne Foyer & ENT Room

Our Max Rayne Foyer is conveniently located on the ground floor next to the Max Rayne Auditorium, making it fully accessible to wheelchair users. This space can accommodate up to 80 delegates and is a great accompanying catering or exhibition space for conferences taking place in the adjacent auditorium. It is also located next to the ENT Room, offering a larger combined space if booked together. The Max Rayne Foyer offers some natural day light as well as wall uplighters to enhance the optics of your event.
